Oysters improve aquatic environments, reducing toxins and increasing marine life density.

Seeding of native oyster species to work as bio-filters along the coastline of the Puget Sound would greatly improve the environmental quality in the region.

there should be no real issues with this development other that funding and people making the time to plan and implement....

Ocean acidification will pose a major challenge to oyster farming (as it already is in Puget Sound).
