That's really cool! What might this look like? Maybe there are stop lights that turn green faster if you've been acting more ethically and this is measured through review systems or something?

Meeting places (Physical and on-line). Records and statistics of each meeting or session. Previous and post discussions recordings and notes. Everything open to the public.

Date and times set in advance on physical and internet public spaces. All being in simple format and not being lead by only one or a few person(s). Public spaces that are capable of development (gardens, renewable energy, etc...).

Intolerance. Disrespect. Selfishness. The lack of a democratic framework that enables problems' solutions by agreement.
