Kansas City public schools lost accreditation January 2012. By 2025, we wont be fighting over test scores. Instead, KC will lead the way in maker education - tapping into the awesome arts community, leveraging the speed of google fiber, and empowering kids to shape their own educational journey.

Start the program as a pilot program in 2014 school year with 1 elementary, 1 middle, and 1 high school! Proof of concept.

Also, maybe the artists, makers, etc, get civic participation points that can be used as a tax credit of something else?
